Update to latest main (2026.02) (#5531)
* #3612 Fix viewer not getting 'nonexistent region' responses
which are needed to process 'copy slurl'
* #5084 Disable watchdog in 26.1
There is a deadlock that looks to be caused by singleton+watchdog interactions, will resolve in 26.2
